The Golden Lion Hotel, Leyburn

I was pleasantly surprised by the food at The Golden Lion. We had amazing dishes including steaks and the Mediterranean Tartlet, which was a good vegan option. Each meal was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and I truly felt the heart of Yorkshire hospitality.

My stay was beyond comfortable with a well-appointed room featuring a powerful shower and tea and coffee facilities. The cleanliness was great, making it a pleasant retreat after a day out. I enjoyed a lovely view of the market square from my room, which added to the entire experience.

I was thrilled with the bathroom facilities during my stay. The shower was hot and powerful, which provided a refreshing experience after long days exploring. It felt modern and well-maintained, making it one of my favorite aspects of the accommodation.

Parking at The Golden Lion was a breeze! I parked for free in the market place car park, which was conveniently located and busy, making me feel secure about my vehicle. It saved me a lot of hassle during my stay and allowed me to explore freely without worrying about parking.
